Rental Policy
1: There will be a reservation/security deposit required to reserve any rental item. This amount is 50% of your rental total, with a minimum of $25.00. This deposit will reserve your rental items for you for the date needed. This is refunded to you when the rental items are returned on time, cleaned and with no missing components or damages. If you should cancel, this deposit is forfeited.
2: A valid drivers license or picture ID is required for all rentals.
3: A legal contract will be completed and signed upon reservation.
4: Full rental fees are applied for each day item(s) are picked up early or returned late.
5: We do our best for you to pick up the day before your event and return the next business day after your event at no extra charge. But sometimes if items are re-booked after another event, there may be a delay in pick up. While we do ask renters to return items by noon, sometimes circumstances prevent that. We will work with all parties involved to make sure the rental item is available to the second renter in a timely manner.
6: All rental fees are for time out, whether used or not and there will be no refunds.
7: We will inspect items upon return, so please allow time for this.

*Please make note that tables and chairs are not delivered, picked up, loaded or unloaded. This is due to health concerns for some of our staff and being short staffed as well. We have lowered our rental fees to accommodate for this. So please bring sufficient help during pick up and return.

**Our linen rental fees do include the dry cleaning. Occasionally, if linens are extra soiled we may hold security deposit until we get them back from the cleaners to make sure the stains come out. If they do not, we will take the replacement cost from the security deposit.
